The Digital Media Commons Virtual Reality and Gaming Studio offers UNCG students, faculty, and staff a multi-use space for academic exploration or leisure play.

Training: No training is required to use this space. DMC desk staff are available to help patrons setup the equipment if needed.

Reservation Policy:

  • A reservation is required to use this space.
  • Must be a current UNCG student, faculty, or staff member. (UNCG ID REQUIRED)
  • You must check-in online to avoid automatic cancellation. Instructions on checking in are included in your confirmation email.
  • Reservations are cancelled 30 minutes after the reservation start time if you have not checked in and arrived. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • You may reserve up two 3-HRS per reservation. (Includes any necessary training, setup, and resetting).
  • Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
  • The individual whose name is on the reservation must be present to access the space and for the duration of the reservation.
  • This space is not reservable for general study or meeting purposes.
  • Visit the DMC service desk at the beginning and end of your reservation.
  • By submitting a reservation you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
