The Digital Media Commons Makerspace in Jackson Library offers UNCG students, faculty, and staff opportunities for creative academic and leisure exploration using 3D Printers.

Reservation Policy:
- A reservation is required to use the 3D printers. If you have completed 3D printer training, you may use the PC and the finishing station without a reservation on a first come, first served basis. However, if a person with a 3D printer reservation needs to use the PC, that person has priority.
- Must be a current UNCG student, faculty, or staff member. (UNCG ID REQUIRED)
- You must check-in online to avoid automatic cancellation.
- Reservations are cancelled 30 minutes after the reservation start time if you have not checked in and arrived. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- You may reserve a 3D printer for as much time as you need for your print. If you need DMC staff to start your print early due to a long print time, please make arrangements for this prior to making your reservation to make sure that we can accommodate your request.
- Before using a 3D printer, please check-in at the DMC service desk to confirm your reservation. Please have your UNCG ID card for identification.
- Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
- The individual whose name is on the reservation must be present to access the space.
